It all started when…

Francesco and Katia met as teenagers and became friends who shared a passion for their work as stylists, which continued to grow day by day. They developed their craft by working in exclusive areas in the industry, and from time to time heard news of each other’s success and professional excellence in the art of hairstyling.

In 2004, when their paths crossed again, they discovered that they shared a common goal of opening a salon where the services provided would not be just a simple cut, style and color, but rather unique and unmistakable creations. They dreamed of bringing together the timeless tradition of Italian style and cutting-edge techniques and trends in the world of hair fashion - in a word, creating pure art!

Their mutual esteem and dedication to their work led them to embark on a new journey together as business partners, and so they opened Enjoy Fashion - their first hair salon - in Torino, Italy.

Now, after 14 years of continued success and countless clients who have become friends and fans of Enjoy Fashion, Francesco and Katia are expanding their business and bringing their vision of art, style, and fashion to Big Island.

Throughout Europe, but especially in Italy, the concept of “fashion” is much broader than it is in American culture. Fashion is not just the clothes you wear: “fashion” is how you express your own unique sense of beauty and your personality, and therefore it includes everything - from how you “dress” your hair to how you present your face, from the wardrobe you select each day to the smallest details such as the stitching on your shoes and the way your watch compliments the cut of your suit.

Italy is renowned for its timeless craftsmanship in all areas of fashion, and hairstyling is no exception. Standards and expectations are high, training is rigorous, and the concept of cutting hair is considered a craft and a heritage to be passed on by the masters to a new generation of apprentices, just as much as the highly regarded traditions in leatherwork, the culinary arts, and countless other forms of creative expression, all with the trademark qualities of an art than can only be “Made in Italy.”
